We believe in operating with a deep sense of responsibility to the land, each other, our communities, and our customers. We understand our success as intertwined with the wellbeing of our communities and our environment. Furthermore, we strive to be in the right relations with all those we interact with. We are grateful for the opportunities and support our communities provide us, and we commit ourselves to expressing our gratitude by giving back to our communities in meaningful ways. We believe that generosity and gratitude are essential to building strong, reciprocal relationships that benefit everyone. Above all, we are dedicated to creating a better future for ourselves and for those around us through ethical, sustainable, and community-centred practices.

Respect.

Respect is foundational to all our actions and relationships. We are committed to treating all individuals with the dignity and consideration they deserve. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards and believe that integrity is the bedrock of respect. Additionally, we understand that trust is earned through consistent and transparent actions, and we work hard to build trust with our clients, partners, and team. Sustainability.

We recognize the critical importance of protecting our planet for future generations. We are deeply committed to reducing our environmental impact through sustainable practices that prioritize the health and wellbeing of the natural world. Furthermore, we believe that sustainability is about creating a balance between our human needs and the needs of the environment. We work to reduce waste, conserve resources, and minimize our carbon footprint. We are proud to be part of a movement towards a more sustainable world and will continue to do our part to protect the environment for future generations.

Creativity.

Creativity is at the heart of everything we do. Creativity is essential to driving innovation and pushing boundaries. We strive to cultivate a culture of creativity that encourages our team members to think outside the box, take risks, and embrace new ideas. Also, we recognize that creativity is not just about artistry but about problem-solving and finding new and better ways to do things. We celebrate the unique perspectives and experiences of all individuals, knowing that diversity fuels creativity and drives innovation. We are committed to fostering a spirit of creativity and innovation in everything we do, knowing that it is the key to unlocking a brighter, bolder future.

Wellness.

Wellness encompasses body, mind, and spirit. We prioritize creating a supportive environment that empowers individuals to prioritize their wellness, including work-life balance and strong family relationships. We believe that when we prioritize wellness, we are investing in ourselves, our families, and our communities, creating a brighter and healthier future for all.

Goals:

  • Increase awareness and understanding of Indigenous culture through our products and marketing efforts. We will incorporate traditional designs and share the stories and meanings behind the pieces. We will partner with Indigenous organizations to promote cultural events and education.
  • Promote sustainability in our operations and supply chain. We will work to reduce waste, conserve resources, use more recycled materials, source materials from ethical and sustainable suppliers, and minimize our carbon footprint. We will strive to balance our human needs and the needs of the natural world by supporting Indigenous land & water protection and other Indigenous-centered environmental initiatives.
  • Support Indigenous communities by donating a portion of our profits to Indigenous organizations, charities, or grassroots community initiatives that focus on Indigenous issues such as healing, language preservation, land rights, and education. We will form new partnerships with Indigenous artists to showcase their work and promote economic empowerment in Indigenous communities.
