This website offers visitors yoga/wellness sessions and jewelry. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Return Policy

All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Of course, please contact us if there is a quality issue and we can work something out.

Damages and Lost Package Policy

Copper Canoe Woman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. To file a claim, you need to purchase shipping insurance, which is a separate item listed in the shopping section of our site. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim

Shipping Policy

We, Copper Canoe Woman, are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges that you may incur.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends).
Shipments are sent out once weekly, and sometimes twice a week depending on time.
*When/If processing times increase, we will announce this on the website and on social media.

Shipping Rates + Delivery Estimates Canada

Canada Post flat rate shipping within Canada is $20usd*
Canada Post states:

​”The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

  • Two business days for local mail
  • Three business days within the province
  • Four days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.”

Flat rate shipping with USPS is $10*
USPS states:

“Delivery time for Package Services is typically 6-10 days except to destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and, APO-FPO’s due to limited availability of transportation.”

Shipment Confirmation + Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a shipping confirmation please contact us.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays because of customs.
